You must be employed with us for us as an employer to help you secure proper conditions for your job, including that you are covered by insurance and that we take care of reporting your earnings to tax like any other wage income.
We make sure your invoice is sent correctly and that you get paid by your clients.
We manage holiday allowance for you by paying into holiday account.
When you are a freelancer through Invoicery, you can send your invoice through us in you own account. We will then pay you the salary with reporting of tax, holiday allowance , AM contributions and possibly ATP, as in any other employment.
You are covered by our insurance policies at no additional cost.
As a self-employed person with a CVR number, you are obliged to keep accounts and report VAT. If you want to be insured, you must also take out additional special insurance.
You cannot use Invoicery's platform to send invoices as a VAT-registered self-employed person.
Once we have received payment from your client, we can pay you.
We do this by running payroll on the 15th or last day of the month.

We create temporary project positions for you who have a permanent assignment for a customer where you work for more than 8 hours a week and for more than a month. We create temporary employment according to the Danish Salaried Employees Act, which the agreement with your client must be adjusted to.
This could for example be in relation to vacation entitlement.
No, Invoicery reports your earnings to the Danish Tax Agency, what you've earned and takes care of all VAT-related issues when we send an invoice.
If you would like to use your secondary tax card, you need to let us know before we pay you salary for the first time via the settings in your profile.
We don't have a minimum or maximum number of hours for you to use Invoicery's service.
Yes, we can issue a proof of employment upon request. This can be in the form of a confirmation that you have completed a specific task in a given period or an employment contract for larger projects.
Yes, when you work as an employee through Invoicery, you are covered by work injury insurance and general business/liability insurance.
Depending on your profession and the circumstances of your assignment, there may be special conditions that may affect whether our insurance coverage is sufficient in relation to customer requirements.

Yes, when you work through Invoicery, we as an employer are obligated to reserve 12.5 percent of your earnings for holiday allowance, regardless of how many hours you work.
The money is paid into your holiday account every quarter.
You can pay out holiday pay when you go on vacation via lifeindenmark.borger.dk
No, Invoicery has no pension scheme beyond the statutory contributions to the ATP, to which we pay according to ATP rates.
One third of the contribution is paid by you as an employee and two thirds of the contribution is paid by us as an employer.
Employer ATP contributions are included in our 6% fee.

The job description is our agreement for you to work at Invoicery and the specification for the invoice we send to your client.
f you work more than 9 hours per week and more than one month, you are entitled to an employment contract.

We use your social security number to obtain information about your tax situation and to report tax, holiday allowance, AM contributions and possibly ATP to the public authorities.

You can keep track of the status of a sent invoice in your profile.
As soon as we have received payment for an invoice, it will change status to "paid".

No. When you work through Invoicery, we hire you, send invoices to your clients, pay salary to your account and report tax etc. to the public authorities. You don't have a business and don't have to do VAT accounting.
Be specific: What do you offer clients, who is your client group and what do you solve for them? It's easier to sell your product (your service and your approach to solving it) when you can clearly communicate what makes your service special.

Pricing is often difficult when you start working as a freelancer. We try to help you by allowing you to calculate the approximate amount you will be paid after tax when you set an invoice price in our calculator. This can give you an idea of what hourly rate you should set for your work.
As a starting point, you should do this when you work for Danish clients. Danish VAT is 25%.
No, you only need to track your work tasks in Invoicery's online platform where you have your own account.
